　　摘 要广东大瑶山地处南岭山脉南部的中亚热带地区，25o11'18"H,113o13'02"E,有野生维管植物1411种(含变种),隶属于194科701属。其中族类植物132种,所占比例较大,表明植物,区系起源古老。区系表征科与植被优势科为壳斗科、山茶科、樟科、木兰科、金缕梅科、桑科、紫金牛科、山矾科等,说明该地域是华夏植物区系的重要组成部分。种子植物属的分布区类型中泛热带分布占优势,同时热带、温带区系成分均有不同程度地侵入,区系成分复杂,充分体现出其原始古老的自然性与植物种类的多样性。

THE FLORISTIC CHARACIERISTICS OF VASCULAR PLANTS
AT DAYAO MOUNTAIN ,GUANGDONG PROVINCE

Abstract Dayao Mountain in Guangdong Province,is located at the middle sub-tropical region and 113o13'02"E by lat.25o11'18"N.Recent investigation on fhora of vascular plant shows that it has a total species (including varieties)of 1411belonging to 194families and 701genera.The fern of 132specieshas a has a high rate in the flora and indicates the flore is an old one..The characteristic families of flora and vegetation are Fagaceae ,Theaceae,Lauraceae，Magnoliaceae，Hamamelidaceae，Moraceae，Myrisnaceae，Symplocaceae,etc.,all of which are the basic elements of Cathayasian flora.Phytogeographically,the pan-tropical genera are a common , meanwhile the tropical elements and temperate elements also appear in this area,but most of them include only a few species.It's possible to believe that this area is the north border of the tropical plant and the south border of the temperate plant.The composition,which is complex,shows the nature of old origin and species diversity of plant are typical in the flora of Dayao Mountain.

　　广东大瑶山地处南岭山脉以南的粤北山区乐安昌市中部。我国最长(世界第10位)的铁路隧道一一大瑶山隧道横贯山体,它是我国南北大动脉一一京广铁路的咽喉和进入广东的北大门,其安全意义重大。依傍大瑶山一泻千里的武江是广东北江的一级支流,大瑶山范围内的滑石排、湖洞等小河溪流直接汇入武江。由于其在广东的地理位置特别,因此该地区的生态系统在具有一定的特殊性和典型性,属粤北山地的关键植物区系之一。
　　早在20世纪20-40年代,中山大学及华南植物研究所许多学者对乐昌县(市)的植物进行过调查研究,编撰了《瑶山植物名录》,发表40多个新种(变种),如广东松(Pinus kwangtungensis)、任木(Zenia insignis)、五列木(Pentaphylax euryoides)等。80年代后期，华南植物研究所对乐昌植物资源进行研究,编写了《乐昌植物志》手稿却因故未出版。以往部分大范围的植物区系研究涉及该地区[13],但未见有关大瑶山维管植物区系的具体报道。2001年5-8月,为配合乐昌市拟建大瑶山省级自然保护区的申报工作,作者等对该区的植物多样性进行了调查.以便为建立自然保护区提供资料,同时有助于该地区的生态环境保护。
